Inside the Zhaoqing factory
The current production base is Guangdong Tuodi Electronics in Sihui, Zhaoqing, on equipment the factory lists as 2 SMT placement machines, an 8-temperature-zone reflow oven, CNC machining, laser marking, 2 integrating spheres and 4 ageing racks. Products hold CE, RoHS, FCC, PSE and UKCA documents by model (the sensor switch range is not certified as standard), and TUODI International, the factory's international sales arm, handles your enquiry, samples and export arrangements in English.
How an order runs
Quote
Send the model, quantity and destination. A real person replies in English, usually within one business day; the quotation gives pricing, MOQ and lead time.
Sample you approve
Samples take 3–5 days as a guide. The approved sample sets the standard for the run.
Production
Standard bulk orders take 20–25 days as a guide, or 25–30 days with a custom logo or packaging, counted from when you place the order and pay for the goods. Lead time depends on the product.
Inspection and shipping
Inspect by live video, a third-party inspector or a visit, then ship by courier, air or sea, with RyanFulfil-coordinated shipping or your own forwarder. Prices include delivery within China; international freight is quoted separately. The quotation states the route, charges and responsibilities.
Payment: the cost of goods in full when you place the order; any other charges on your quotation in full before the goods ship.
What protects your order: production runs against the sample you approve; you can inspect by live video, a visit or a third-party inspector before shipment; by the factory's figures, TDL-6110X 30 and 40 cm builds carry a one-year warranty whose DOA definition, return freight and remedy are set on your proforma invoice; and for a verified factory defect, replacement units can be included with your next shipment, with the remedy and freight agreed case by case and confirmed in writing, including what happens if you have no further order planned. Who makes TUODI products?
Current production is at Guangdong Tuodi Electronics Co., Ltd., TUODI's factory in Sihui, Zhaoqing, Guangdong, China. Shenzhen Tuodi Electronics Co., Ltd., incorporated in 2007, is the headquarters and R&D office and holds TUODI's design patents. TUODI International is the factory's international sales arm, handling enquiries, quotations, samples and export arrangements in English. Your quotation names the legal manufacturer and document holder for your model.
What is the MOQ?
It depends on the model and the customisation. There are four levels: samples of stock models, stock product, logo and packaging, and full custom development. Send the model and your target quantity on WhatsApp for the number at your level.
Can I get a sample, and how long does production take?
Yes. Sampling before a production order is the normal flow, and samples are quoted as one combined goods-and-shipping amount. Lead time depends on the product; as a guide, samples take 3–5 days and standard bulk orders 20–25 days, or 25–30 days with a custom logo or packaging.
Can you put my brand on it?
Yes: logo printing or laser engraving, custom colourways, giftbox and blister packaging, multi-language manuals, sensing-behaviour tuning and sound-library changes on white noise machines. Production runs against the sample you approve.
Which certificates do the products hold?
Products hold CE, RoHS, FCC, PSE (Japan) and UKCA documents, by model and market. The Bluetooth white-noise platform has granted FCC ID 2A8ZP-MC330 and Japan Giteki radio certification R 219-248097. Sensor switches are not certified as standard; certification can sometimes be arranged per project.
